Also written: Boudrot, Boudrot, Baudrot, Boudreaux, Boudraux, Boudroz, Boudros, Boudreault.

Family Crest Michel Bouderot, born in 1601 was consultant and lieutenant- general of Acadia , was registered at Port Royal on the 1671 census. It seems he arrived in Acadia before 1650.

Felix Boudrot, 36 years of age from Pigiguit (today Windsor, Nova Scotia), was exiled to Belle Ile en Mer where his name appears in the 1765 register.
