Pierre Gaudin of Chatillon-sur-Seine, born in 1630, sailed from Saint-Nazaire in 1653. He can be traced to Acadia in October of 1654 under the name of Pierre Gaudin dit Chatillon (Pierre Gaudin also known as Chatillon). His widow and their 3 children are listed on the Beaubassin census in 1686. Sabastien Godin, 41 years old, originally from Louisbourg was exiled at Cayenne (French Guyana) in 1765.
