Family Crest Daniel LeBlanc, a 45 year old ploughman was registered at Port Royal in 1671. He probably arrived in Acadia prior to 1650.

Alain LeBlanc, born at Grand Pré in 1731, was deported to Southampton in England. From there he was sent to Belle-Île-en-Mer (France) in 1765. He returned to Acadia aboard the ship Robin in 1774.
